How long until I receive my order?

Packages typically arrive 5 to 7 business days after the time they are shipped. Please Note: JustAreaRugs.com does not guarantee an exact date for order arrivals.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have any problems with your order please contact our Customer Service Department immdiately by phone or email. We can be reached toll-free at 1-800-277-0815 during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday).

How long do backordered items take to arrive?

When an item is backordered it means that our suppliers do not currently have that particular style in-stock. Although difficult to provide an exact date, as many items are manufactured overseas, we will always keep you informed on the anticipated arrival time of your order. If you have specific questions about your backordered item, please contact us by phone or email with your order number.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Will I be charged sales tax?

We do not add any taxes and/or customs duties to our posted prices. Please check with your local authorities whether any additional taxes and/or customs duties are applicable on your rug.

Will you meet or beat a competitors price?

Yes, if you find a better price somewhere else, we will beat it. Click on "Found a Better Price?" on any product page to submit the details of the cheaper listing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and all all major credit cards as payment. Some payment methods are limited based on which country the order is being shipped to.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?

We use the latest Internet security technology to protect your credit card information—the Secure Socket Layer system(SSL). This system is compatible with all web browsers and ensures that your credit card number is protected and cannot be viewed by outside parties. For additional security we also have the HackerSafe seal.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the contiguous United States?

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be assessed a flat-rate fee of $49.95 per item. Read more here.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy for any reason your rug purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of merchandise cost as long as the rug is in fully resalable condition (no stains, no damage, no abuse). The customer is responsible of shipping cost back to the warehouse. We will charge you NO restocking fees. All return request and cancellations must be in writing.
