Immediately after your order is shipped, you will be sent an email update with a tracking number which will allow you to monitor your order’s course.

• All Orders Shipping to Canada, Alaska, & Hawaii will be assessed a flat rate fee of $49.95 per item
• All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door with UPS or FedEx
• International Shipping (beyond North America) is currently unavailable.
• We do not ship to APO or PO boxes
• Orders can take 1 to 3 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent via email for more accurate delivery times.
• Items usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days once shipped however we cannot guarantee an exact date or time.
• We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time, or call prior to item delivery. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the shipping courier may leave the package at the residence or leave a note.

Rug Returns

If you are not happy for any reason with your rug purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of merchandise cost as long as the rug is in fully resalable condition (no stains, no damage, no abuse). The customer is responsible of shipping cost back to the warehouse. We will charge you NO restocking fees. All return request and cancellations must be in writing.

Rug Pad Returns

Rug pads cannot be returned if they have been opened.

Canadian Returns

All orders shipped to Canada will be considered final sale. In the unlikely case of a manufacturer defect, returns will be accepted with photo proof. Canadian customers will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes.
